The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced that a pacifiers/clips made by the brand name Munchkins are being recalled by the company.  The reason for the recall is that the baby pacifier/clip set may pose a danger of choking in babies and young children.  The clip for the Munchkin pacifier has a cover that can detach from the clip in five different styles of the product.  The styles include the rattle, designer, and heartbeat pacifier/clips with Om+ natural shape pacifiers, as well as the designer and rattle clips with 6m+ orthodontic pacifiers.  The product was sold in a number of retailers, including but not limited to Walmart, Target, and Babies R Us.  Concerned consumers can go to www.munchkin.com for more specific recall details.
