A motorcycle accident in Richland, Pennsylvania Monday night has left one person dead.  The crash happened on Cherry Road at Brenner Hall.  A source on the scene said that only one motorcycle was involved.

Authorities closed Cherry Road to traffic at Walnut Street, the Richland/Richlandtown border. Firefighters redirected cars and trucks at Cherry Road’s intersection with California Road in Richland.

From the Walnut Street stop point, emergency vehicle lights could be seen flashing beyond a bend on Cherry Road, lighting up stretch of a roadway that winds through Richlandtown into a more rural area of Richland.
